Terms and Conditions 

All orders are subject to our terms and conditions as displayed on this website. Written terms and conditions can be supplied on request.

Orders: 
Orders placed before 4pm on the day of order will be delivered using ourselves or a courier the next day. We cannot specify a time when the stock will arrive with you. All orders placed must be paid for in full. 

Payments:

We accept all payment methods, credit cards are subject to a 2% surcharge.Delivery:
Delivery is by us or our couriers APC. The delivery note must be signed at point of delivery. 
We can offer same day delivery in some cases. The distance will determine the charge we make for same day. Deliveries and orders are subject to stock availability. 
*Free delivery is for orders of a value of £300 ex vat. £20 delivery charges apply to orders under this value per delivery address. Vat is applicable.

Fish loss policy:

We will supply healthy fish to you. The fish are dispatched in bags and boxes. We will only guarantee fish that have been collected from our premises so that you can sign to verify their health. Unfortunately we do not guarantee fish which are delivered by us or our couriers. If you want to notify us of any loss when your fish arrive (DOA) then you must support this with photographs of unopened bags, stating the numbers of loss, it is then at our discretion if we replace or refund the order. We do not under any circumstances refund losses for fish that have been placed into aquariums due to variants such as water conditions. In any case, all losses must be reported at the time of delivery only.We will not be responsible for any losses to other fish that may occur from the supply of our fish to you. We will also not be responsible for any loss of earning you may encounter from fish loss.

Stock sizes:

Our suppliers advise us of stock sizes when we import. In some case there may be slight variants in size which may include smaller stock than ordered. We will not be held responsible for this and will endeavour to be as accurate with sizes as possible.

Credit facilities:
We will decide if a credit facility is available to you. If no credit facility is in place then all orders must be paid for in full.
